One of the key objectives of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation is to elevate the educational levels and consequently enhance the employability of the future Arab generations. As part of this effort, the Foundation spearheaded the survey and research report: The Arab Human Capital Challenge.
The report reveals that human capital, and the mismatch between supply and demand, both in terms of the quality and quantity of labour available, is among the most pressing challenges to Arab businesses going forward.
Business leaders from 18 Arab countries discussed and debated their views on the human capital challenge. The Arab Human Capital Challenge identifies factors that threaten to affect sustainable growth and development in the Arab World.
