The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation invites business incubators in the Arab World to participate in the Arab Incubators Survey. The survey aims to gather and analyse the challenges and needs of both the entrepreneurship sector and the business incubators in the Arab world.

The Foundation will also use the specific data of each incubator to analyse its needs and identify future cooperation and partnership opportunities

Arab Incubators Network
The Arab Incubators Network seeks to further develop and support existing incubators in the Arab World, by supporting entreprArab Incubators Networkeneurs’ skills development, knowledge sharing and education on relevant topics,  as well as raising awareness between regional entrepreneurs and funding entities, with the objective of generating employment in the region.

Objectives of the Arab Incubators Network

  • Support and strengthen existing business incubation centres in the Arab World by strengthening a regional network of entrepreneurs
  • Establish new incubation centres at Universities
  • Encourage and stimulate entrepreneurial activities, by catalyzing innovation and supporting new enterprise development. Dual longer term impacts of:
           -
    regional SME sector growth 
           -
    reduced regional unemployment
  • Share best practices among the Incubators Network; a gathering/forum will take place once a year where all Incubators can meet and share practices and ideas.

The Foundation and the Incubator will:

  • Encourage business acumen amongst the Arab youth
  • Establish an Arab Incubators Network
  • Facilitate the exchange of information and best practices among the decision makers to foster regional job creation
  • Promote the development of highly competent innovation facilities throughout the region, contributing to sustainable economic growth
  • Establish research and excellence centres for entrepreneurship across the region.
