Entrepreneurship Development

"Entrepreneurship Development" is aimed at developing future leaders and creating a knowledge-based society by promoting business excellence, empowering Arab entrepreneurs to innovate and facilitating job creation in the region

According to the International Labour Organisation, unemployment across the region is the highest in the world (14%), with the lowest rate of labour force participation (53.9%) for a region where 60% of population is under 25.  The region's growth rate is insufficient to generate enough jobs for all the young people entering the labour force.

The Foundation is, therefore, committed to:

• Promoting business initiative and entrepreneurship among youth and equipping them with necessary tools
• Facilitating job creation
• Providing platforms for decision-makers to exchange dialogue and expertise
