Sawaed Programme
The Sawaed Programme seeks to support and develop the capabilities of talented entrepreneurs across the Arab World, by awarding non-refundable grants to regional projects that make a positive contribution to the development of the Arab World.

Each year, Sawaed will address a specific regional challenge, inviting participants to submit business concepts dedicated to meeting that challenge. The Foundation will select winning business concepts and will help fund these concepts as per certain timelines.

The Sawaed Programme is a new and innovative opportunity for businesses to develop commercially sustainable enterprises, whilst addressing development challenges of the Arab World. The programme is an invitation by the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation to for-profit entrepreneurs to respond to these challenges and improve business competitiveness and the status of Arab knowledge.
