The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Fellows Programme aims to develop the knowledge capabilities of talented youth across the Arab World, by offering scholarships to pursue Master’s Degree programmes in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), Public Policy (MPP) and Finance at leading international universities.

The Programme offers scholarships to qualified candidates who demonstrate leadership, dedication and commitment to the Arab World's human and socio-economic progress. The scholarship covers tuition, fees, books, housing, monthly allowance and an annual return ticket, for the full duration of study. Read more

The Arab Knowledge Report

The “2009 Arab Knowledge Report: Towards a Knowledge-Based Society in the Arab World” is the result of a partnership between the Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum Foundation and the UNDP, aiming at shedding the light on the status of knowledge in the Arab world. The Report will identify challenges and opportunities facing the knowledge-based society which acquires, produces, and invests knowledge for the benefit of human development. Read more 

Scholarships for Government Leaders (Dubai School of Government)

In keeping with their vision of supporting Arab talents and encouraging them to benefit from existing learning opportunities in the region, the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation and the Dubai School of Government have reached an agreement according to which the Foundation offers a number of scholarships to students seeking to enrol in the Master's of Public Administration Programme at the Dubai School of Government.
